Information on processing of personal data provided within the meaning of the Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) of customers and business partners of Tanno Engineering s.r.o.

Tanno Engineering s.r.o., ID No.: 04636988, with its registered office at Svitavská 1601/70, 571 01 Moravská Třebová, registered in the Commercial Registr kept by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, Entry 36320 (hereinafter referred to as ”Tanno Engineering”), acting in the capacity of an administrator, hereby informs you of the processing of your personal data and of your rights in compliance with the GDPR.

Purposes of Processing of Your Data

We process your personal data in the scope necessary for the following purposes:

Fulfilment of obligations arising out of contracts;
Fulfilment of obligations arising out of generally binding legal regulations;
Keeping of contact details of representatives of our customers and business partners;
Sending of commercial information including an offer of products and services and news;
Holding of business events and trade fairs;
Ensuring of protection of our rights and legitimate interests.

In compliance with the Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on some services of an information society, Tanno Engineering uses your contact data for the purposes of sending of commercial information with an offer based on an automated decision-making process including profiling until you express your disagreement with such using of your contact data.

We process the following categories of your personal data:

Identification data

We process your personal data in the following scope to be able to identify you without mistakes: first name, surname, academic degree, company, position in the company.

Contact details

We process your personal data in the following scope to be able to contact you: e-mail address, phone number, company address or contact address.

Information on Your Professional Specialization

We process your personal data in the following scope to be able to provide you with information on our products and services corresponding to your professional specialization: occupation, professional specialization, trade questionnaires.

Receivers of Your Data

We process your personal data and maintain them in our company.

We do not use any other processors to process your personal data.

Our employees and colleagues who process your personal data are obliged to maintain the confidential character of the personal data and the security measures the disclosure of which might threaten the security of your personal data. In addition, the confidentiality obligation will survive the termination of your contractual relationships with us. Your personal data are not and will not be disclosed or provided to any third parties without your consent.

Under certain circumstances, your personal data can be disclosed to government bodies (Police of the Czech Republic, courts, Financial Authority, etc.) within the discharge of their statutory powers.

Duration of Processing of your Personal Data

We maintain your personal data for the period of duration of your registration with Tanno Engineering.

After the termination of your registration for using of our services we keep processing your personal data only for the purposes and for the period of time for which we are obliged to maintain those data according to generally binding legal regulations.

If you have given to us your consent to processing of your personal data for the purposes of sending of commercial offers, we will maintain your personal data for 5 years following your consent.

Once the period of time for maintaining of your personal data or the period of time for which we are obliged to maintain them in compliance with legal regulations expires, we will anonymize your personal data or delete them from our databases and systems.

What Are Your Rights

We process your data in a transparent manner, correctly and in compliance with the GDPR and generally binding legal regulations. You have the right to access to your personal data and the right to their correction. If you have given to us your consent to the processing of your personal data, you are entitled to cancel the consent at any time. If you want to cancel your consent to the processing of your personal data and if there is no other legal reason for the processing of your personal data or if you express your disagreement with sending of commercial information, you have the right to deletion or restriction of processing of your personal data.

You can exercise your right to access to your personal data and your other rights by sending a written request to the address of our company or electronically to mailing@viceloader.cz.

If you feel that we do not treat your personal data in compliance with the law, you have the right to file a complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time. We would appreciate it if you first informed us about your suspicion so that we could cooperate and solve the problem.
